RAH Power Lifting Club Member Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that the use of RAH Power Lifting Club facilities and participation in fitness activities carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injuries, health complications, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my use of the gym and participation in its activities.

Waiver of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to use the gym facilities and participate in its activities, I hereby waive any and all claims I may have against RAH Power Lifting Club, its owners, employees, and agents, for any injuries or damages that I may suffer as a result of my use of the facilities or participation in activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAH Power Lifting Club, its owners, employees, and agents, from any claims, demands, or causes of action made by third parties as a result of my actions while using the gym facilities or participating in activities.

Medical Disclaimer:

I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. I certify that I am in good health and able to participate in physical activities without risk to myself. I understand that RAH Power Lifting Club is not responsible for any health issues that may arise from my participation in exercise programs.

Release of Liability:

I hereby release, waive, and discharge RAH Power Lifting Club, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of or connected to my use of the gym facilities or participation in its activities.

Photo/Video Release:

I consent to the use of my likeness in photos or videos taken within the gym for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and printed materials.

Acknowledgment of Rules and Regulations:

I have read and agree to comply with all rules and regulations of RAH Power Lifting Club. I understand that failure to comply may result in the termination of my membership.

Severability: 

If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
